The rules for using this site
These govern the website. The work we do for you is governed by the agreement we sign — not by this page.

Agreeing to these terms
These terms are between you and Fatold Technologies, registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission under business name number BN 2367709, at 1 Oladoyinbo Street, Afiz Bus Stop, Ogba, Lagos, Nigeria. By using this website you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.
This site is not an offer
Everything here — service descriptions, timelines, indicative ranges, case studies — is information, not a binding offer. Nothing on this site creates a contract between us.
We only become obliged to do work when both sides sign a proposal, statement of work or master services agreement. Where anything in that signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement wins.
Using the site
You may read the site, and copy or print pages for your own reference. You may not:
- Republish or resell our content, or present it as your own.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, the portal, or the servers behind them.
- Probe, scan or load-test our infrastructure without written permission.
- Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, or use it to train a model without asking us first.
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or to send anything that infringes someone else's rights.
Portal accounts
Client portal accounts are created by us for people at client companies; you cannot sign up yourself. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your work email.
- Keep access to that inbox secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
- Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.
- Only use the account for the company it was issued to, and tell us when someone leaves so we can remove them.
- We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it is being misused, and will explain why.
Who owns what
The design, text, code and branding of this site belong to Fatold Technologies or our licensors. The Fatold name and logo are our trade marks.
Ownership of work we produce for a client is set by the signed agreement for that engagement, not by this page. Our usual position is that on full payment the client owns the code, the designs and the infrastructure — but read your agreement, because that is the document that binds us.
Content you send us
You keep ownership of anything you submit through a form, an email or the portal. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it — replying to you, scoping the work, or delivering the project.
Please only send material you have the right to send, and do not send anything confidential to a third party unless you are entitled to.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and we are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content can go out of date, and we may change or withdraw any of it without notice. The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind so far as the law allows.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Liability arising from a project we deliver is dealt with in that project's signed agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
